"Was a great place to live before new, problematic management came in. Very unresponsive, chaotic and inappropriate. Drove me out of the building due to these issues and more. Was not even able to get my security deposit back appropriately."

"I’ve lived here for over 10 years and couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. The front desk staff is so friendly and helpful. Mary, the building manager, is amazing. Anything you need help with she will do it. When my dad was sick she helped me so much. After his passing she helped me do everything to clear out his apartment also in the building. The building is on beautiful grounds that are maintained to perfection. We have a beautiful pool.A grill area with tables. It’s a very friendly social building. If any problem arises it is dealt with as soon as possible. I’m extremely happy here. I would definitely recommend Hawthorne Towers for your next home. And for me it’s HOME."

"Would not recommend living here. Any maintenance issue that is not basic takes months to fix. We had a terribly leaky roof for three years, air conditioners barely cool, pool is constantly closed, and management is more than difficult and unpleasant to deal with. Management and tenants are unfriendly towards younger residents. Owners don't care about the building and raise rents despite not investing in the building. The "gym" has broken equipment in a tiny room that is unsafe. The entire top floor has experienced significant water damage causing mold that is just covered up with paint annually. Front desk staff is friendly. Only nice thing I can say!"
