"I had a tour with Yolanda. She was very professional throughout the tour and really took the time to explain everything to me and answer any questions I had. She made me feel comfortable and was very thorough during the tour, taking me around the building, showing me the apartments and amenities. The building was beautiful, all updated appliances and fixtures with state of the art gym and a relaxing courtyard area. I loved that the studios were spacious with built in cabinets for storage/ clothing and lots of natural light with big windows. Most apartment buildings don’t even offer studios so it’s nice to have that more affordable option. Overall, a wonderful tour!"

"Vermella consistently offers some of the most modern complexes when it comes to design and aesthetics. This is one of the complexes I have toured recently and is absolutely stunning. The terrace is beautifully laid out and plenty of space to enjoy spending time with company. The apartments themselves were very visually pleasing and spacious as compared to some other luxury buildings. I had the pleasure of speaking with Cesar who was very knowledgeable and professional and his team understand the importance of a clean and functioning living space."

"First and foremost I would like to express my gratitude to TREVOR, his customer service, attention to detail and knowledge are exceptional, he made the whole tour/move in process so easy and convenient especially for me who moved out of state. Secondly, the apartment complex is outstanding, I knew I was making the right choice as soon as Trevor showed me the first unit. Something really essential for me to have was the washer/dryer in unit, which all of the units have. Covered parking, club room , gym, a cool vending machine that lets you rent a vacuum, PS5, tools and even purchase ice cream! This is what makes the difference at the end. Having all of these commodities accessible to all residents in an organized manner. Lastly, there’s really not much to add to make this place better, the only thing I would recommend is to add a medicine cabinet on the vending machine or a first aid kit, I know that’s something pretty basic that everyone must have but it would be great to have in case of an emergency. Once again, thanks Trevor for helping me out throughout the process."
