"Don’t rent here please, I regret getting comfortable at this place. The renter at 385 are nasty. The place is roach and mice infested badly. The worker tried to mop and sweep but nasty people live here that cause it. The people in charge of fixture take their time to do everything while not fixing nothing on the apartment. I regret this so much. I just wanted peace. Also the Super never answer is phone. During winter the heating is hot that you have to open your windows to moderate the apartment temperature. Their have new apartment but those need fixture since new stuff are place on old stuff making it deteriorates faster. I can go in about this place but I give up. Lastly the only good this is the place have space."

"Don't rent here. The only building they are offering at this time is 431 park Avenue. The building has experience a fire recently in May of 2022 and still to this day nothing has changed to be repaired. No other properties are available at the moment is what the employees will tell you."

"The building management is extremely unprofessional. The super NEVER answers the phone regardless of if it is an emergency. I have been living in one of their apartments for less than a year and on 6 *different, random* occasions we lost hot water completely. Imagine not being able to shower yourself or your children before going to bed or work. This is clearly an ongoing issue that they have failed to resolve even considering the extreme inconvenience it poses to tenants. There are insect issues within the building as well and management schedules a day to exterminate and never follows through. Overall a complete disaster of a company especially for the cost of rent in mediocre apartments."
