"The concierge is great - Michael, Kenyon (especially), Rafael, Gladys, Arturo, and maintenance team are all attentive to the tenants needs and are very helpful. From time to time the elevators don't work properly (generally just one of the three). Besides that Avalon offers spectacular views, great access to subways, parks and local nightlife. Wouldn't rather want to be any place else. Thanks guys!"

"1.26.23 - This is an amazing community and at the heart of it is the building staff. Every day and night I’m greeted by everyone from the concierge desk to the maintenance crew. It’s almost like they come to work, but they treat you like life long friends. Everyone, Kenyon, David, Miasia, Christian, Hector, and everyone that makes the building run smoothly are incredibly patient and accommodating. The gym is always clean; the response for maintenance requests is fast; the lounge is always clean and organized. It’s a great space to come home to."
