"Worse place I’ve ever lived… Ever! Noise from every angle of our apartment. Our children can’t take naps during the day without there being some type of noise somewhere. And we usually can’t put them to bed before 9-10 because of constant noise. Rodent issues where the exterminator usually doesn’t come until 5 days after you reported seeing one. And this is just a couple of the issues we have. I wouldn’t wish this place on anyone."

"The complex on-site parking situation has now reached critical mass. There are simply not enough parking spaces to accommodate residents' cars. They want you to pay an extra $50 a month for a reserved parking space, $125 a month for a garage. And the parking lot is littered with unfilled potholes. Also, there is no on-site resident manager in the rental office here. The manager resides in the sister Boulevard complex a few miles away. In short, THERE IS NO ONE HERE MINDING THE STORE. Two years, and they keep telling me they are going to repair one of my radiators, and it never happens. Virtually nothing management maintenance-wise ever happens here because -- THERE IS NO ONE MINDING THE STORE. No adequate supervision. Ownership needs to add a full-time manager to THIS complex in the rental office and do so ASAP, because things are deteriorating. (See photo of cars illegally parked in fire lanes attached)"

"I lived here from around March 2021-December 2021. My experience living in this complex/neighborhood has been pretty good. I believe when I first moved in, this was under new management and it was a lot better. The communication was mostly through email but the office would have an answering service provided and management would call back when they get the chance the same day. The superintendent is amazing. He is always on site and doing something so you can find him while you're walking your dog or just walking around the complex. Aside from being next to the Tetoboro Airport, overall this neigborhood is pretty quiet if you're into that and just minding your own buisiness. Neighbors I've encountered have been very nice. My only complaint was the parking situation. When I first moved, there was no assigned parking and it was hard at night when I work an evening shift late at night. I would pull up at the parking lot and there's no parking and I'd have to end up looking somewhere else or waiting for someone to leave. After moving out, I went to visit and I see that there are reserved spots now labeled and I'm sure everyone would know... Also hoping that visitors that would stay over should now know how the parking situation is now. But overall, I would come back to live here."

"The worst place you could choose to live with your worst ones. Our car got hit at 11:00 am they refused to share the whole footage so we could see who was responsible. Instead we got some pictures and videos from the camera from early in the morning that were not relevant. Our dryer and washer broke 6 months ago, and despite continued inquiries with several people of the management so action has been taken. The most unsafe/unaccommodating place you could choose for you and your loved ones. Unless completely unavoidable, DO NOT LIVE HERE!!"

"I lived in skyline apartments for a year. The neighbors are absolutely amazing and we loved the people around us. Unfortunately management is extremely unprofessional and does not make repairs to the apartments. We had water damage in our bedroom walls since June that still was not repaired by the time we moved out. Our last month we had no hot water in our apartment. In addition to that Jason Carmona, the property manager never returned our security deposit when we moved out over 30 days ago. There was absolutely no correspondence from the management company. I would not recommend living here to anyone considering I have to go through small claims court to get my money back. I wish I could leave a 0 star review"
