"Finally!!!! We have an amazing Superintendent George!! I've been here for 15 years and he is the 1st SUPERintendent ever!! He keeps the hallways clean and fresh smelling and modernized our mailroom with new flooring. It is now such a pleasure to come home to this building. Additionally, I needed some simple fixes in my apartment and not only was he prompt, fast, and a delight but he also noticed other upgrades necessary and changed them quickly!! New blinds! New appliances! New lighting! I feel like I'm in a brand new apartment like the day I moved in. I am so incredibly grateful to George he's a man of his word and a true professional and I pray he stays at 10 Sampson for many years to come."
