Riverwalk

"This place is not worth your money. The management sucks and this “luxury” complex is anything but. We were promised amenities that never came to fruition (interior and exterior, including a pool and gym that were supposed to be completed in July - its now October, and it isn't close to being finished). Even if the pool was finished, its a kiddie pool that is supposed to support what is going to be three entirely new buildings if the worst construction company in the world is ever done building this garbage residency. The alarm would go off multiple times a month 20 minutes at a time for no reason, and it was always a huge inconvenience, sometimes after 1am. The maintenance team is incompetent and had to come to our apartment 10 times (no exaggeration) to fix an issue within our unit. Considering it’s a new building, the walls and floors are paper thin and you can hear every step from your upstairs neighbors. When we attempted to complain about the noise, we were basically given an "oh well." There were also a handful of occasions where an awful smell would come from the bathroom, which we were later told (or sometimes never told) was them working on something in another unit. There’s only two elevators that lead from the parking garage, and sometimes you have to wait up to 10 minutes before even getting one, which is absolutely ridiculous considering the building is only four floors. You will be told parking cost $75 per car, but don't expect to pay that if you want to park within a country mile of your actual unit, because those are twice the price. For anyone who is thinking about living here: DON'T!!!!!!! It’s not luxury in the slightest, it’s overpriced and completely unorganized. Of all the apartment complexes I have stayed in, this one is hands down the worst."

"I lived there more than 8 years. I already miss that place...The Riverwalk apartment complex is clean, quiet and safe. The staff is professional and personable: they promptly attend to our service requests. The location location and location... The complex is close-to many highways, and there are many 'local' stores and restaurants which is really great opportunity. And right close the bus stop as well...I met with the complex owner a few times... He is just great and understandable person...It was really pleasant and peaceful experience to live there...Living here has been a pleasant and peaceful experience. Thank you neighbors and staff !"

"We have made the best memories at this apartment over the last 2 years. Where do I even begin? The entire staff of Riverwalk are amazing people! We felt so safe and comfortable living here. Danny and Jerry are THE most hard working people you will ever encounter. Khushali was extremely patient and helpful when we were initially looking at apartments. She found us the most ideal unit. I work from home and our 1 bedroom with loft was perfect for us and very spacious. Khushali, Pete, and Will genuinely care about each and every tenant and promptly reply to all messages. There is a 24/7 emergency line, the property is very well maintained and sooo clean! The Butterfly app for entry access, deliveries, and guest was easy to use. Parking was convenient for both us and our guests. Even with pets and babies, there is no noise issues and it is peaceful. We also have the most beautiful view of the river/trees/birds/sunset. We are really sad to leave due to new job opportunities. We have been looking for new apartments and trust me, nothing compares to this place."

The developement is close-to many highways, and there are many 'local' stores and restaurants. It's nice that there's a gym in the building. Alternately, you can walk or jog...outdoors. Dogs and cats are allowed, but you barely know that they are here as they are quiet and the halls and grounds are kept very clean.I have been living here for a year. Living here has been a pleasant and peaceful experience. Thank you neighbors and staff !"

"This is such an awesome place to live! The staff at the office are super friendly and respond promptly. The hallways are always clean and nice smelling. Excellent security. I love that if theres any issues in my apartment its fixed immediately. Even the fellow tenants are respectful, I never have any noise complaints or issues. This is truly a wonderful community."
