"Management does not care what the tenants go through daily, all they are worried about is the rent checks. Maintenance barely contains the grounds and I have been living with animals crawling into the ceiling of my apartment for the past six months with nothing to fix it. I’ve been complaining this entire time and yet they ignore my cries for help. it’s to the point where I can’t even sleep in my bedroom anymore because of how loud the animals are above me. I have videos of animals crawling into the hole on the side of my apartment complex, but they truly do not give any kind of care. honestly stay away from this place if you know what is good for you."

"Nice place to live def needs update but the rent is great and utilities are low. Quiet place and a lot of parking near the building I live. The heat needs to be re adjusted because it is way to hot in my apartment. They got me for half of my deposit said I scratched the hardwood floors and I put carpet down the first day. But I know this is a strategy apartment complex use to make money. I enjoy living here overall and if they make the necessary adjustments they would get a 5 star."

"Horrible apartment complex!! I wouldn’t even give one star! I had to break my lease due to excessive heat and mice issue which was unacceptable for my family to live there with newborns. I went to the office to speak to Linda and she did not help us at all. Their responses were “open the windows for the heat” and “mice go into the building since it’s cold outside”. My baby monitor was on alert in how high the heat was and their response was to open a window! How dare they say that when i have newborn twins! There was also tons of dogs in the building even though the lease says no dogs and across from our apartment the tenants always smoked. Also don’t order anything and have it delivered to your apartment because they always steal packages there and the office managements response is have your stuff delievered somewhere else instead of installing cameras. This property management does not care about their tenants all they want is their money. There was no help at all! Please save your money and time don’t move there."

"Don’t rent an apartment in this complex. Poor customer service. Office workers are rude and inconsiderate when dealing with tenants. Overpriced, outdated apartments which are in need of renovations. There are pests which the management company appears to not be concerned about. I will be reporting them due to unsanitary conditions."

"I wouldn't recommend anyone living in this hell hole. This property is a disaster with horrible customer service. Thin walls (hear neighbors phone vibrate & much more), ceiling/plumbing caves & no one fixes it for days, issue with bugs, their answering service hangs up on you when you call in to report an issue, parking isn't free as you pay so much in rent & there's rarely a parking space. Laundry room machines have issues frequently and are rarely fixed. Building 261 is horriblly maintained and has been vacuumed once since I moved in over a year ago."
