"This is a decent store and the staff who work here are all awesome and very helpful and friendly ... but it takes SO long for them to restock stuff. Every time I go there they're out of whatever it is that I like - so I'll try something new. Then they run out of that, too! It's gotten very disappointing. This has been going on for months. This store is very close to my house and would be the only vape store I would use - but the stock is just too unreliable, so I have no choice but to shop elsewhere."

"I really want to leave this location a 5 star but they are always almost completely sold out/not stocked on the disposable vapes (ie Lost Mary and Geek Bar). I much prefer buying from a small business but I may end up starting to purchase online again as the Bristol location rarely has options available. Customers are told that an order has been placed but weeks go by without a restock. I would like to commend the staff there though. Always friendly and happy to help. Extra shout out for Savana- she goes above and beyond."
