"It's a shame because in 1984 I was superintendent of the building, there was only one apartment rented to a very professional African-American man, the others were all occupied by European white Americans, considered one of the best buildings to live in in East Orange, the lobby had a brown living room set and a brown wall to wall carpet, furniture tables for mail on both sides of the hall, beautiful times and wonderful coexistence between tenants"
"This property is horrible. The elevator is constantly not working. They don't have any wheel chair accessible access for anyone who is disabled. Constantly have issues with the heating system. In addition, the building maintenance and super are horrible."
