"Customer service is nonexistent. I placed an order in early December 2023, ScrapLife was very quick to pull funds. I have not received any communication regarding my order shipment status. I have tried calling multiple times, but no one answers the phones. I have tried emailing, but no one replies. At this point ScrapLife is just scamming people out of money. I would not recommend this company to anyone."

Received shoes but they run super small and when trying to contact customer service no one will respond about exchanging for different size no response. When you call no one answers the phone. Just be aware and pray you have no problems. Our experience has been less than good should have just stuck with Rudis or Asics."

"I Googled "Scraplife" to order a replacement pair of shoes for my son and was a little horrified to see the awful reviews. I ordered our first pair of Scraplifes back in 2020, mid pandemic, 2nd pair fall 2022. That first pair of scraps were worn on the way to 2 HS state championships. I've had nothing but great experiences with Scraplife. All our orders have been received usually within a week. The quality of the shoes has been exceptional and I frequently recommend them. We love Scraplife in my house."
