"If you don't want to tolerate hearing every foot steps and noise your neighbor makes above you or your neighbors to the left and right of you, don't move here. You can hear your neighbor open and shut their closets and dresser drawers. The apartments weren't spaced apart and you hear everything. Even your neighbor phone conversations you can hear. They even have mold popping up in apartments but the staff does respond to the problem. Yes, it is beautiful but I hope they don't charge to use the community room for a birthday party. It wouldn't be right to do for those who are living on government assistance and disability payments. A good idea would be to rent the community room out to professional member organizations whom seek to hold their professional meetings. That would be the best way to get revenue but it should not come out of the pockets of the less fortunate."
