"My 1st visit here was fine except for the lengthy wait time to be seen. Went back recently for medical clearance for upcoming surgery. Woman in office very pleasant and as helpful as she could be - like ladt time - for check in/check out. Then sat in waiting room for 55 minutes. Medical assistant - pleasant - took me into room and took vital signs and reviewed paperwork. Then I waited another 18 minutes for practitioner. She came in ranting about how their computer system was down and she couldn't see my previous information. Never introduced herself, instead, tossed a business on the counter next to me. She ordered a lab test I'd just completed for the surgeon, so I ended up paying for the same test twice. She didn't call in a Rx for which I needed a refill.i have called office twice since the visit for the Rx renewal and to confirm my medical clearance was sent to surgeon. This borders on malpractice. I am now seeking a new primary care office. I do not plan on going back. Worst primary care visit I can EVER recall experiencing."

"Very poor service doctor was drunk or high on something couldn’t understand a word he said and he didn’t even know what he was doing it was embarrassing, Tracy is usually my doctor she is amazing doctor I have no idea why I was schedule with this man it was really uncomfortable"

"Tracy Anselmo always makes me feel comfortable and explains everything I need to know about my health etc. the office staff is amazing! I am always greeted with a smile, they remember my name and never keep me waiting long. Tracy and staff are excellent about returning calls and keeping me posted about test results etc.."

"Village medical is the best and so is Tracy. I just saw her again the other day and as always, she’s on top of everything that has to do with me and my health. She was also training a young lady who was very nice and thorough too! My appointment was at 4 and I called earlier and asked if I can come early and they let me come in right away. Thank you Tracy and all the staff at Village Medical."
