"I lived here for almost 2 years and had a great experience. The apartment was well maintained, and any issues that came up during my time there were addressed quickly. The front desk in Building 5 is convenient for keeping packages safe and coordinating outgoing package pick up. The gym is included in rent and also convenient - including treadmills, elliptical, stationary bike, and some weight machines/weight racks. I loved the convenience of all the shops in the complex, as well. I would definitely recommend the Promenade!"

"My husband and I lived at the Promenade for a little over a year while transitioning between homes. The apartments are roomy and very well maintained and if there was ever a problem, it was quickly addressed. The halls and common spaces are cleaned on a regular basis. The staff at the Promenade is wonderful. Every person on the staff was friendly and helpful from day one and Troy in the leasing office was so easy to work with and responsive to our needs, especially at the start and the end of our lease. Outside the building, you have great access to the highways and you can walk to NJ Transit and lots of stores in town. Several food options are conveniently located right outside the front doors. This is a great place to live, plain and simple."
