We moved there, thinking it was a beautiful building, but we found out the floors are not made of cement, so you can hear everything one walking and jumping above you which kept us up many nights! The wiring for the cable is very cheap in the walls the cable company told us to which low grade wi-fi and TV. The gym is on the second floor. so you cannot even work out properly because it makes too much noise underneath and we’ve got to stop many times working out from management. The day we moved out was because we couldn’t take it anymore. One of my movers broke a $50 scones that was on the wall and they charge us $685!! they even followed us back to our house to get the check! They moved us out of the apartment they said for free and then four months later they’re trying to CHARGE US $550 And sue us for $10,000.We thought it was a nice place, but it is one of the horrible places you can ever live DON”T move in here!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! They’ve been so many complaints from so many different tenants. I made friends with about five different tenants who said they regret the day they moved into apartment complex. They don’t even offer a proper gym, a pool, and anything else they are thieves, and I would not recommend you living here. If you can do somewhere else, please do so.. We had such a bad experience. We just want to warn you. It looks pretty and it looks nice but they are thieves and there’s so many things wrong with the building. beautiful but it’s a trap. Do not live there. you can see for yourself if you go there and make sure you read the lease agreement because they have you over a barrel and you can’t believe all the fees and you when you leave be careful before you sign at least make sure you read and understand everything. This place is not the right place for anyone to live. The first month we move there, the brand, new central air conditioning and heating unit broke also, there are no garbage shoots on any floors you have to walk the garbage out which is quite far across the long parking lot all the way at the end. It is ridiculous for all that money. They should’ve had garbage shoes but you walk all the way across a huge parking lot then outside even in the rain! LOOKS CAN BE DECEIVING!! CHEAP!!"
