"Annin loft apartments are great! I just moved into a 2 bedroom/2 bath 1 month ago. I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The apt was in excellent condition the day I moved in. The apt looked like it has never been lived in before. Immaculate! High end appliances/high ceilings/ clean lines/nice flooring/spacious etc etc You 110% get more than for what you pay for. The back end support at Annin lofts is incredible! Everyone is top notch and goes above and beyond! Property manager/leasing agent and maintenance. It makes living at Annin Lofts a real pleasure. Side note: All the residents seem real nice as well. Annin lofts is a real comfortable environment. I look forward to living here for a very long time…."

Michelle handled absolutely everything before move-in and made me so comfortable making this decision from afar. My dog also loves her. The community is well-maintained and that is all to Val. He is so fantastic. He goes above and beyond to get to know every person and fulfills maintenance requests so quickly. He is a clear communicator, kind, and so respectful. "Moving cross country and renting a place sight unseen can be daunting but Michele made the process as easy as possible. She was helpful and responsive and sent us a short video of the unit we rented and tons of pictures. Now that we've been here for two weeks and living our best life in Annin Lofts with our two dogs, I can honestly say we have already decided we never want to leave. The team continues to be friendly, responsive, helpful in every way from our move-in to any questions we've had since. Our dogs love the location, close to the park and the dog run the property built which is a great size and so convenient. Coming from a modern condo in San Francisco, this place has delivered the comfort and luxury that we were hoping for with the retro industrial feel as we are in the renovated loft style building. The large windows and high ceilings are amazing. The masonry construction means our place is super quiet all day and night and since I work from home and have two dogs, there is nothing to disturb any of us all day. We couldn't be happier in our new home and many thanks to Michele and the team here for making this move smooth and comfortable.
