"It's a nightmare. Very loud road and windows in the Apts are from 1935 so that doesn't help. Apt full of mold. No parking on premises and winter parking on side streets is not permitted. Good luck sleeping here. Neighbors are dirty, loud and zero consideration. Mice come in from garages which fill with water from rain and stay wet under your bedroom for days. A car went on fire in a garage and nobody has said or asked anything. Apartments were full of smoke and black dust. Not a word from the guy who's car combusted nor the building management. Not a single fire alarm went on and 4 apartments were ingulfed in smoke. The same person now has a super loud exhaust car and park under my bedroom! Imagine a loud exhaust exploding under you at 3am, at 1am! This place is cursed by a greedy owner and zero maintenance! Good luck getting any response from management about anything."
