"Amado Sierra has been an asset in leading the maintenance staff here at Avalon Roseland. He has been out for some time due to health issues as I understand it. While the staff was competent in his absence I am looking forward to him coming back to head the maintenance team again."

There are only two of them so our hot water issue took a while but it was resolved. Hopefully, the maintenance department is able to get some more staff in the future to help out.
