"I lived at Everly for about 8 yrs. Although there were some negative changes when a new management took over. I have to commend the maintenance staff headed by Mike. They responded quickly every time I needed them. I found Darshi in the office receptive to any of my questions. I did however have an unfinished basement which had a mold issue and it was addressed to help correct the issue. I left only because I moved away from the area."

"I've lived in Everly since 2010. Since then, I met my husband, got married, had a daughter, and moved into a bigger apartment in the same complex. I'll finally be moving to a house in May of this year. I truly loved living here. The complex felt homey, safe and upscale, especially after the clubhouse was built. The buildings are also spaced out nicely, so you don't feel crowded. The grounds are cared for constantly. The onsite gym and pool were also great! And the management, especially Ron and Darshi, were always organized, responsive and understanding. To anyone looking for a wonderful apartment complex, I couldn't recommend Everly enough!"

"This is an old building that a new company purchased and tried to make it a luxury apt. LOL I lived there for 3 years my rent started at 2450.00 for 1 bedroom 1 bath and within 3 years I was going to have to pay 2730.00, plus an additional 525.00 a year for pool and club house. If you live on the first floor like I did forget it you hear ever little thing your neighbors are doing upstairs. In addition at least 2 times a week the water is rusty. Oh yes which you have to pay for. You also have to look at cloths hanging over the balconies, luxury apts please give me a brake. No central air conditioning the wall units are so old and so noisy. So therefore you need to blast the TV so you can hear it. Bathrooms are so small. Also if you decide to move there do not move into a apt that is by the old sprinkler unit, it goes on 4:30 in the AM and you hear the water running for at least an hour. I do have to say the maintenance men are very nice and jobs are done quickly. Neighbors are also very friendly. Definitely not worth it. But that's up to you."
