"My biggest complaint is JUDE. Super unprofessional and always talks to you with a rude attitude.. Goes INSIDE your apartment without your own consent. And when I brought it up she said oh i left a voicemail. My privacy has never felt so violated before. She told me i could paint my apartment. (I didnt even paint it a crazy color, a very almost white blue). And then ofcourse she goes inside my apartment and said i lost my security deposit bc of that, after ALREADY being given permission that i could paint it as long as i paint it back.. another thing I was NEVER told it was a flood zone and when that flood happened in September 2021 I lost soooo much .. and they pretty much told me I was on my own..my neighbors who lived there for over 20 years told me that by LAW they are responsible for all these damages when they never disclosed to me it was a flood zone . All they care about is your money. Remember the name JUDE. She doesn’t care about anybody at all. She is rude, nasty, unprofessional. She should be fired. She is only ruining Beaverbrook Garden’s reputation."

"Do not even try inquiring at this place. The Apartment head / manager is very rude and together with her cabal of unprofessional caretakers, this place should not be managed by that person. You will have to go through the eye of a needle to even lease an apartment that is in a desirable spot. If you ever lease here, make sure your payments are properly checked because I know someone who paid diligently but because of the ineptitude of their Administrative office, her payment was unfairly recorded as missed. Her door was then locked without proper coordination or informing her. She should have sued! This place is operated by someone who is from the mob. I cannot even start by saying a kid died here years ago after being hit by a car. No CCTV recording and I heard they did have a CCTV camera but it barely caught anything in spite of the fact the accident happened a few steps from their administrative office! PATHETIC!"

"The apartments are nice at first, but littered with issues. 1. They don't give anyone their security back, even when they admit you should get it back verbally. 2. They replaced the steps in front of my apartment. it took them over six months to complete the project, throughout there were constant dangers to myself and my family. Exposed screws, poorly balanced cinder blocks, etc. 3. They repeatedly harass their residents under the guise of inspections, etc. don't expect privacy of any kind. 4. Their maintenance in general is very lacking. They cut a whole in our bathroom ceiling to fix a leak upstairs on Halloween and did not come to close it back up until the following July after I had complained several times. 5. in the winter, the apartments are either way too hot (85+ with the windows open) or you can't get the baseboards hot ("

"Parents here do not conduct their childern properly around here. Very loud children, that curse, lock you out of the laundry mat, and leave your whole front yard littered with snack packs and drinks. Also, my sisters car got broken into in the parking lot across the bridge. There was a camera pointing directly at the car, but then they said it was never running. Not only that, the parking around the complex is so lousy. Its a miracle if you find good parking. The office attendants are pretty rude as well. Overall, I only leave here cause its cheap. And its not so bad when everyone is at work and at school."
