Glenside

"Do not live here. This is not a “luxury” apartment by any means. The place was so poorly built and terribly planned out. You can hear everything from your neighbors even if you live on a top floor. The buildings are filthy with people leaving their disgusting trash on the elevators and in the lobby. I don’t know how many times I’ve gotten on the elevator and seen brown liquid all over the floor. People also think it’s acceptable to spit their gum out on the elevators. There are no trash chutes in the building which you would think a “luxury” apartment building would have. You have to go outside to the dumpsters which are always overflowing with trash and smell awful. There is always so much trash piling up outside the dumpsters that it spreads into the parking lot. Management will send emails saying that trash needs to be disposed of properly because it’s not sanitary to have it laying outside of the dumpster but there is literally no where else to put in when the dumpsters get full every other day and there are weeks where the trash doesn’t even get picked up. We moved in when it was brand new, and our unit was given to us already damaged and just in overall poor quality - chipped cabinets, walls where the drywall can be seen since they weren’t properly painted, stains on the counters and doors, doors that don’t close properly, and cheap appliances. No proper security here either. Which was real helpful when two people pulled their car up in the middle of the night in front of our building, got out, and started blasting music for 15 minutes. We took a video and sent it to management and they told us there was nothing they could do so it’s clear they don’t have any proper security measures in place if they can’t even check to see who or what car was causing a noise disturbance late at night right outside. And good luck getting a response from management with any issues. I emailed them four times regarding an issue with the payment portal and didn’t get an answer until I went to go see them in person. Sent them a video of a disturbance in the parking lot that went ignored. Have asked multiple times if more dumpsters are going to be added and what is going to be done about the lack of parking and just get met with vague responses. Management also does not enforce lease violations. It says in the lease if you have a garage space, then your first car must be parked in the garage and the second car in the space right outside the garage. Instead people park their second cars in the main parking lot which takes away parking space for those without garages. Once again, just a very poorly planned and managed area. No idea why we’re paying so much money to live here with all these issues but do yourself a favor and find another apartment. It’s just been problem after problem since we’ve been here."

"We just moved in and maintenance came an hour after I posted our small request. David the maintenance manager is awesome and he went around the apt to see if there was anything else we needed done. One or two small things needed to be taken care of and he got his team up here in less a than hour. Very impressed with the whole team including Rob and Ian."

"I love Glenside! We moved in March 2023 and we’ve had such a great experience. The layout and the apartment itself is beautiful. Every time people come to visit, we get so many compliments on how beautiful and spacious it is! Also, Zach (the leasing agent here at Glenside) is so friendly and helpful. Whenever we need things done, he’s on it asap! I highly recommend this place"

"Beautiful apartments, luxury for sure. I’m in love with my apartment. I honestly get upset I have to leave to go to work. Everyone that works for Glenside are amazingly wonderful people. From the leasing office Melissa, Zach, Nancy to the maintenance David and his team. Any concerns and issues get addressed super fast. They’re just amazing, just like the community. Thank you for having me be apart of this community."

"Zach and Jeri were extremely helpful with the whole process of moving in. The apartment is beautiful. Since we moved in we had to get maintenance in twice for minor issues. Each time I called I was contacted within 24 hours to schedule. Today David came to address my issue and he went above and beyond what was expected. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable!! AND……the tenants that are complaining about the amenities not being available….yes, it is disappointing BUT, they were very honest about when it would be finished when we moved in."
