"I moved into Parc at Summit as one of the first residents under AION management. Kimberly (property manager) has been incredible. The units are updated and spacious. I’ve never had an issue with parking. They also recently installed a gym, dog park, grill, and outdoor fireplace. Downtown Summit is walking distance and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. This is the perfect place for a couple or young family."
