"These people will take advantage of you if you take them at their word. Let me warn you all about my experience with their sales department. I was in need for a lease quickly since another apartment fell through. I look online and see a very reasonably priced studio with it saying available as of that week. Called they told me that's not the case, but they have other options. I visited and the agent and I took a tour and I liked it. Soon after though things started to go wrong. I noticed while I was in the office 3 people called about that same studio I called about and they had not updated it 3 days later. They gave me the application standard stuff but told me I had to pay the application and the maintenance fees for the apartment, I didn't even get approved for yet. They told me it's fine its refundable. Odd but fine, I couldn't do it that day since I had work but was going to do it the following day. Magically when I went on they jacked the price by 150 dollars a month overnight. They then pressured me by saying oh well if you put the application in, I might talk to the manager and get you the original price... I did. Now I know why. Now I was approved approximately a day later. Which was on a friday and I got a call from another place that offered me a much better deal. They are closed on the weekend so since they said it was fully refundable I thought I'd be fine to tell them monday. That was wrong they did not disclose to me verbally that the refund is only valid 48 hours after putting in the application, which is a day they are closed so there would be no way to do so. They send me this information in a cold email, and dash off into the night. So my warning to you is please if they did this to me, I guarantee they are doing this to a lot of people. DO NOT FALL FOR IT, this is a classic bait and switch."

Friendly staff specially James (from the leasing office) who really helped and assisted me and my husband with our lease application and even provided some recommendations like Internet, mobile provider, etc. since we are both new to the United States.
