Signature Place Morris Plains

"We are renting a 2BR /2Bath at Signature Place in Morris plains. We love it here. The staff is amazing and the unit is beautiful. Every tenant we have met has been so friendly. And probably 1/2 of them have dogs. If you like dogs, this is heaven. They have a walk that goes around the complex with free doggy bags strategically placed to put dog poop in. There is a little dog park to let your pooch run around. They also have a dog bath in the main building tho the water temp is set too cold and we bring our own blow dryer which is warmer than theirs. The lobby area has places to set, watch football or just chat. There is an outdoor pool, billiards table, and BBQ. There is a package area for Amazon and other carriers. There is a big workout room, a media room, a golf simulation room… As near as I can tell this is heaven on earth."

The office staff, particularly Shane and Erga, have been fantastic, promptly addressing any concerns and ensuring a smooth relocation. Jose from the maintenance team keeps the premises in excellent condition, swiftly handling repairs when necessary. The location is convenient, situated near major highways, and boasts fantastic restaurants and stores within walking distance. Our neighbors are exceptionally friendly, and the summer experience feels like a resort with outdoor amenities like televisions, a hot tub, pool, fire pit, and multiple BBQ areas. Having toured various complexes before choosing, Signature Place Morris Plains stands out with its abundant amenities and excellent value."
