"I saw Shannon Cullin, and she was absolutely wonderful. However, the staff in the office are very rude, and their scheduling is completely unreliable. First instance I encountered, I had taken a day off of work for a test, arrived to check in, and was told that someone left a message for me that they had to cancel it. I told them I had never received a message, and was told very aggressively that a message was left for me to call and reschedule. I had a follow up appointment for another test I had done, and did receive a call that it needed to be rescheduled. I returned the call and rescheduled the appointment. I showed up to check in for my scheduled appointment and was met with being told I was not scheduled, and it was only in my chart that they had called me to reschedule. I told them that I had, and this was the appointment I was given, and I was having problems with my heart. They offered to schedule me to be seen in yet another 2 weeks (a month and a half from when I was supposed to be followed up with) to which I declined, and politely told them I would find another provider. It's a shame as Shannon was truly someone I felt cared about what was going on with me, but the lack of care I was able to actually get left me with no other choice than to find someone else."

"Do not go here, they will steal your money. I was sent to this office following a hospital visit. Most just I get cleared by an outpatient cardiologist. I had one visit with the cardiologist and was discharged. This office has been trying to bill me for other peoples office visits ever since. I continue to get bills for office visits that are not mine. Trying to get a hold of the of the office is impossible. They won’t call you back, but they will continue to send bills. I had to threaten calling the better business bureau on them just to get a call back. Save yourself the trouble and find another office who has front office staff that knows what they are doing. Dr. Ediae was amazing, only met with him once but he seemed very knowledgeable."

"You cant get ahold of anyone, I have left several messages in this past week because I am concerned about my mother in laws blood pressure, and also she needs refills on medications that she is now out of because nobody will call me back. I suggest the doctors getting new employees that care and actually do there job instead of ignoring people . I may be taking her elsewhere ."

"My original appointment was great. My 2nd appointment was canceled. I've left 3 messages to reschedule without receiving a call back. Just a suggestion, but if there's a problem with staffing or whatever you might want to let your patients know so they can get care elsewhere."

"The staff was friendly. The wait time was short. I can’t say it will always be that way, but for my visit it was. The doctor was super nice and attentive. He really listened and gave in depth advise/comments for my health. If you’re one to read reviews about a place before you visit/make an appointment, please don’t put too much stock in the older reviews for this office/staff/doctor. Everyone’s experiences are different and everyone has their own opinions. Make your own first before you judge based on someone’s else’s."
