"BUYER BEWARE - I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering from them. Places an order with them, but never received any confirmation or invoice of what I ordered. Got the order number from my Paypal account and contacted them by their Contact Us on their website but they never responded. Sent an email to the email address they have with Paypal, and they still did not respond. Have now filed a complaint with Paypal and will file with my credit card company if Paypal does not resolve. AVOID THIS COMPANY!"

"On November 11th we ordered 6 chairs from Elite Fixtures, which we received on November 16th. Upon inspection, we realized that the chairs were not the 26” width specified on Elite’s website but 28 ¾”, which meant they would not fit around our table and were of no use to us. Upon contacting Elite, we were asked to provide pictures confirming this, which we did. Elite responded stating – “we needed to verify they have the wrong dimensions listed. I have submitted the request to Jeco (the manufacturer) to have them issue the return shipment labels for the chairs.” All proper customer service so far but unfortunately, that is where it ended. After a month of no response to 4 emails and two phone calls, we finally received the following “the ordered chairs are handmade, not machine made, therefore, the photos provided indicates less then a 1" difference. They (Jeco) are willing to accept the return of this order; the return shipment would be your responsibility.” We informed Elite that this was unacceptable and moreover, chairs with steel frames were not hand made! We ordered the chairs from Elite in good faith based upon the dimensions which they provided. Elite’s response was to provide us with Jeco’s phone number so we could deal with THEIR SUPPLIER - unbelievable?? It then became very obvious that they were not going to stand behind their customer and regardless as to what their website says they made absolutely nothing “hassle-free”. We left if off by asking (twice) for the name of their contact at Jeco and the name/contact info for the head of Elite’s Sales and Marketing so we could take our complaint to the next level – we are still waiting for a response. Very, very, VERY poor customer service. I wish we had read all the web and BBB reviews before ordering!"

"I definitely would not recommmend Elite Fixtures. I ordered pilllows and received the wrong order twice. I understand that mistakes are made and I tried to be patient. The customer service, (except Stephanie), was just plain awful. The lack of empathy and courtesy was frustrating at best. I returned the first set of pillows and expected a refund. According to the policy of the company a refund could not be processed until both sets of pillows were received. The second set of pillows were sent back 10 days ago. I sent an inquiry via email looking for my refund. I did not receive a reply so I called today. My refund is being processed and it may take a couple of days. Again, no apology, no empathy and no customer service. Maybe their products are okay but their service and culture lack professionalism and common courtesy."

"I received a package from them that I didn't order. I've never even heard of them!!! I refused the package from FedEx and called Elite. She told me she couldn't refund my $ because someone obviously stole my credit card and ordered it. Why would someone order something and have it shipped to me??? I wanted a refund because I sent the product back unopened. She told me that's not the way they handle that. SCAM SCAM SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!"

"Ordered a vanity from their site. They said they had seven in stock when I placed my order. Received my order confirmation email, but it didn't have a delivery time. Confused, I'd planned on calling them the following Monday. But not before they sent me an additional email telling me my item was back-ordered for an ENTIRE TWO MONTHS. Completely halting my renovation. Their website is ENTIRELY INACCURATE."
