"DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! This company is a complete fraud! I'm reporting them to every consumer website that exists because no one should buy from them anything. They're liars and a huge time wasters. I ordered a dining room table from them that was supposed to be a replica of a Tulip table with a black marble top. It took three months for it to arrive in their warehouse. They charged me $100 for a "white glove" delivery inside our apartment and assembly. When I arrived at home, I saw an ugly piece of junk. The top was not marble - it was some kind of a ceramic finish with fake marble lines and had scratches all over it. The base was completely wrong proportions. I'm still trying to return this table which is sitting in the middle of our dining room and taking up a huge amount of space. I sent them dozens of emails. They forwarded a FedEd label to me and said that I should stick it directly on the base without putting it in the box (because I told them that I don't have one since the shipping company took it away with them) and dispose of the top and that they will reimburse me when they receive the base! This is the most insane suggestion I've ever received for a return. To make things worse, they're now arguing with me that I didn't pay $100 for their "white glove delivery" when I have it in writing that they insisted that I need to pay it and that it's their "discounted price" for the delivery. There is something seriously wrong with this company and the people who are running it and their customer service. I'm reporting all of this to my AMEX and will forward all of the evidence for a full refund."
"Made a bid on a Fine Mod Imports Eero Saarinen Style Tulip Dining Set a month ago, never received an answer. Called and left a message, still no answer, and now I see that it is out of stock. I guess you guys don't need my business, so I found another site where they were happy to take my money. What a world we live in!!!"
"DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Would be zero stars if possible. They were quite responsive when trying to make the sale, when I'm disappointed in the product and want to return it there is barely a response and they don't offer any assistance. Just told me an address to return it to, yet when I'm getting quotes from shippers it's going to cost more than the price I paid for the chair to send it back. I ask for help since I'm sure it didn't cost them that much to ship it to me, and I get no response. Awful company. UPDATE: After back and forth messages and finally pushing enough they did work with me on the return, but I will never do business with them again."
"TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ordered a Herman Miller Aeron chair and it broke 7 months later. Out of the blue one day, the chair dribbled oil onto the carpet, lowered onto its base, and refused to raise back up. I am short in stature, so the chair is completely useless now. Tried calling customer service, but was ALWAYS forwarded to voicemail. Tried emailing, but ZERO response. There are many furniture stores out there; the only way to distinguish yours is by good customer service. That did not happen here."
"I ordered a Herman Miller Aeron Office Chair in GREEN. A BLUE chair arrived today via FedEx. There was a hole in the side of the carton. The chair was shipped knocked down and was dropped into the cardboard carton with no protective packaging materials. The base leg with caster poked through the carton and was scraped pretty badly. The back with screws attached rubbed against the chair during transit and damaged it. The chair was dusty and definitely not cleaned before shipping. It certainly wasn't a new, customer return and was obviously the wrong color. What else can go wrong? Wrote to customer service noting the discrepancies and asked them to make it good. Either a new replacement (as advertised and ordered) or pickup and refund."
