"This review is for Brett. He was able to resolve our heating issue alongside the maintenance team within a few days of us bringing the issue to him. I appreciate Brett’s professionalism and empathy while we all were really frustrated with the building management and how they handled the heating issues. He seems to know quite a lot about client services and how to handle tough situations. Thanks Brett and Peter in maintenance for making the apartment bearable again. We’re enjoying living at haven due to our location but some neighbors have issues with very loud stomping children so please if you’re planning to move here understand the walls are relatively thin. You can hear everything. If you have kids please consider helping us protect our peace and find another place to reside."

"We enjoy living at Haven. They put a lot of effort into the landscaping which I appreciate because in the summer months we see beautiful flowers and the fall they have pumpkin decorations. We have a two bedroom unit on the top floor so it’s more quiet and peaceful. I think some of the other units especially lower level can be noisy so we chose the upper unit for that reason. We had some heat issues this winter but it was resolved after a couple of months. Overall we really enjoy our space and the environment. Compared to the many other apartments and complexes we have lived in we like this the best. I appreciate how the outside noise is totally muted when the windows are closed. Neighbors pretty much stick to themselves which is nice. It’s overall pretty private and quiet and clean."

"Absolutely love living at Haven New Providence! Wonderfully-maintained grounds and apartments, outstanding location within walking-distance for grocery shopping, pharmacy, multiple excellent restaurants, public library, and town hall / police station. Safe, quiet community with kind, considerate neighbors. Multiple members of my family have lived in this wonderful neighborhood along Gales Drive for decades, and it’s now the nicest it’s ever been. Real Estate Manager Diego Trejos does an outstanding job and will gladly assist with meeting your requirements, and his associate Chris is wonderful as well. If you are looking for a safe, clean rental community within walking distance of a friendly downtown (which includes a Starbucks, a Dunkin’ Donuts, and two family-owned diners), Haven will also be your haven."

"Peter the new Maintenance manager is the real deal. He responds to request on the spot and makes sure is done. In my almost 3 years here this is the MOST effective manager I’ve seen. Not just in words but in deed. Well done and hope it continues"

"The worst place you can live in. You will find water coming out of the heater while you are sleeping, and they will enter your apartment without your permission, and they will make you pay money all the time. I hated my stay here and wish I could leave this place. I advise you, before you come to live, ask the residents of the compound about their previous experience with the place."
