"This is absolutely the worst medical facility I have ever been to. I genuinely feel like 1 star is too much. From the nasty front desk woman over talking both my mother and I on the phone (tanisha) to Dr. Cherrypie being ignorant toward mental health, being negligent to forward medical documents to my therapist, and being unpleasant while in the office, I am so frustrated and underwhelmed with this office."

"Today I went to what used to be Village Medical and I met my new doctor Andrea Oliver. I actually got goosebumps when we began talking because Andrea treated me like a long lost friend. She is so kind & attentive. She really cares about my health & took time to answer every question I asked. Ms. Oliver is an amazing provider & I'm very happy with my new doctor. Thank you!"

"The dr that I have at village medical are the most caring and considerate dr I have had in a long time. Gabby NP has been a godsend. Sad to see her leaving the office. Had my first appt with Rose and she was amazing. Made me feel comfortable and cared about. The patient education was clear and understandable. My OB Jess is another amazing NP. She’s has been there for me before during and after my pregnancy. I overall am happy and comfortable with everyone in the office. Oh not to mention my phlebotomist is super friendly and gentle. The MAs in the office are amazing as well. I love everyone there!!! Thank you for making me feel like family and not just a patient."

"The 2 girls who helped us check in we’re very sweet but I would not recommend this place at all, had an appointment with a female doctor cause I feel more comfortable that way and was never told she called out, so I show up for my appointment and wait for over 45 minutes past my appointment time, multiple ppl who came in after us were seen before and never once were we told someone called out, we only found out my doctor wasn’t even there by over hearing them tell another patient. The communication and wait was ridiculous. I took off work for this appointment and ended up just leaving. I’ll find a new office"
