The receptionist is very accommodating and kind. But there is obviously a problem there and I'm going to try and attempt to find Grandma a better pain doctor but they're hard to come by. The people who seem to be involved with the drug rings talk to each other with weird hand signals, in some kind of funny code. Looks like grandma's getting a new pain management doctor. Mrs Jaffrey has shown nothing but concern for me and is always nice. The staff here Becky and a couple other staff is awesome as well. For me it is worth the wait."
