"The worst maintenance; leaves their tenets with no working shower, dishwasher, or mowed lawns. The outgrown grass attracted so many bugs including some neighbors getting roaches. They don’t take in complaints or answer to any phone calls, even if you go directly to the office yourself. FIND SONEWHERE ELSE. -former tenet"
"WARNING!!! PLEASE READ THIS!!! this is the absolute worst place to live, my sink in my bathroom, started overflowing due to blockage in the piping nothing to do with me, and my neighbors was also backed up all sorts of sediment and dirty water was coming up into my sink, and filling my sink and overflowing it I called maintenance after seven times they finally showed up put in liquid plumber and left never fix the actual issue. I am leaving ASAP and I am not caring if it floods or not, they don’t care about you here and will not help you do not move here no matter what it is not worth the aggravation and headache these people give you. That is, if you can even get a hold of them.There are better options out there please don’t move here unless you love issues with broken appliances and rude people that most of the time done even answer the phone."

"THE WORST !!!! I can't wait until my lease is up. Maintenance is TERRIBLE, office staff are rude (that is if you can even reach them). And the worst part is that they are building 2 or 3 more buildings. They can't even take care of what they have... what a worse nightmare it will be. Consider yourself warned.... DO NOT rent here. They only get one star because my review won't post otherwise. One star is one too many !!"
