"Although Doctor Miller was fantastic his staff are the most unprofessional rudest i’unknowledgeable people I have ever had the unfortunate pleasure to deal with. Instead of trying to find the correct information you give them they just want to tell you you’re wrong. And then after arguing with you for an hour they find out you were right all Along and don’t feel the need to apologize. This place is not where you want to go."

"Absolutely awful terrible service. I was scheduled for a 9:30 appointment. After asking the rude woman at the front desk what time the Dr. would be in she hid from me but not before quietly saying she didn’t know. The Dr. didn’t arrive to the office until 10:15 and with a fresh Dunkin Donuts coffee. After waiting an hour to be seen I move to the desk to get my glasses fitted. I was unsure which insurance I had as I was only asked to provide my health insurance card at the time of originating the appointment. I was looking it up on my phone but while doing so the MISERABLE, clearly lazy old woman at the front desk openly and loudly exclaimed how crazy it was that patients didn’t know what insurance carrier they have. The other rude front desk woman said that they will just bill the health insurance and the patient can figure it out. Talk about customer and patient service. I unfortunately ordered my glasses as I was in a time crunch after being there for almost 2 hours but can promise I have never seen the kind of behavior I saw today from staff in a medical profession. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Do yourself a favor and click on any other Dr’s office for eye care. I will say Charles is a pretty cool guy though. Should really hire people with some class and service skills to greet your clients."

"March 23, 2023 This doctor lost years of medical records for every patient! This is a serious HIPPA violation. You may have been affected by this loss of records in more ways than you can imagine. For example, you may have had certain tests redone at your own time and expense. Ask for your records from 2020 and before. They won't have them. You can file a complaint for a HIPPA violation at the web site of the Office of Civil Rights."

"that place is horribly unprofessional. I made an appointment and they canceled it on me. The second one I did not have my medical card and they refused my medical card on my app so I had to make a new appointment. The next appointment. I told them I only have one contact in and it is 3 weeks old and they canceled my appointment because I was 5 minutes late because they had to take another person on as a"" emergency. I literally heard the older woman say that phone is ran off the hook. I'm just not answering it anymore today. are you freaking kidding me? The mask thing I would completely get if everyone was masked. the optometrist came out of the back room with no mask on. I will definitely be pulling my records and going somewhere else"

"This place is so unprofessional! the old lady there was so ignorant it was so obvious she was a racist because the moment I went in there she gave me attitude, kept telling me “YOU NEED A MASK” and she proceeds to speak to me without wearing a mask herself. Then when I went to order my glasses her and another man asked what insurance I had and directed me to the glasses on clearance as if I asked for the lowest price? I felt very discriminated against and felt so unwelcome there. The whole time I was there my visit was not being taking seriously as the man was just scribbling stuff on my order paper. I was told it would take 2-3 weeks to receive my glasses and that I would get a call. Fast forward to TWO MONTHS later I went into the place and there was no order for my glasses that was placed. He was not able to locate my order and proceeded to “reorder” my glasses, which meant waiting ANOTHER 2-3 weeks!!! Very unprofessional I didn’t receive any form of apology or anything. Definitely my LAST time going there. And I hope everyone there gets fired. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND"
