"My aunt lives in Avalon Bloomingdale in building 5 at her age she really is not savvy with electronics much less posting reviews on here. She was adamant that we show love and appreciation to both Steve and Ron. The accolades, respect and love she has for these guys is amazing, these two men absolutely go above and beyond their call of duty to ensure things are done right and that they are done right the first time. We always say it’s the little Things but in this case for my aunt Charlotte they are huge, with the weather we have been having and with her being older these guys make sure at the moment snow is seen they come and clear her vehicle out, clear and salt a pathway to ensure she is safe to and from. They even help her with her groceries and packages ! Absolutely sleep well at night knowing my aunt is in amazing care with Steve and Ron around ….. a million thanks guys! You are amazing and kudos for all you do and know you are unbelievably appreciated."
