"Nicest townhouses in the area. Well maintained. Most homes have a good sized driveway and a garage. Very large pool & tennis courts. Surrounded by woods, and each place has lots of land. Not jammed together like most HOAs. Friendly & quiet community of all ages. Monthly maintenance fees are the lowest around for those that have amenities like a pool, and lower than most which have no amenities."
