"They don’t answer their phones nor do they return messages. Terrible customer service. My issue wasn’t resolved after my first appointment. Finding a different practice that listens to their patients. Update: 2/28/23 - I had left 4 voice messages at the Hammonton location and 1 at the Vineland location. NO ONE HAS EVEN ATTEMPTED TO RETURN MY CALL. How do they stay in business? Has anyone has found a good eye doctor, please let me know. Thanks!"

"I just had a nice experience with E.A. The person I talked to about an emergency eye problem on the phone was so personable and made me feel like she actually cared about my problem to the point of scolding me and telling me she was gonna call my wife and tell on me if I didn't get in quick. I smiled for a half hour after I got off the phone. Of course I was in the office by 9AM the next day! Relieved my problem was a simple one. Thanks E.A.!"

"It was the most thorough and professional eye exam I have ever had. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The office was extremely clean and very modern. Dr. Ricchiuti was very professional, personable, and friendly. The whole experience for my two children and myself was quick and pleasant! Thank you! Highly recommend!"

"I got my appointment everything seemed fine. I got my prescription to order contacts, however the entire prescription wasn't written properly. It took days of calling and could never get anybody on the phone in this place. I actually called a different office and had someone help me from there. Update - My wife and I Love Dr Shah so we took our kids back. She suggested my youngest get contacts and we ordered them through the office, but the TERRIBLE staff "forgot" to schedule the appointment for her lesson to put them in her eye. Now have to wait over a month and a half after she got her Rx to put her contacts on. If there was something less than 1 star it would belong on this place. A big sorry to Dr. Shah. Great doctor but my kids deserve better service."

"I have been calling them to schedule an appointment for nearly 3 days now. I've left a message but no one has gotten back to me. This was the push I needed to go somewhere else where there's better service. It's a shame because I've been going to Eye Associates for about 17 years but it's just been worse and worse every time I go. Today I called another place in Hammonton and they got me in for next week. Very happy to be done with this office."
