Responds quick enough but as soon as you have a problem and want to talk to someone, like wanting to know why he conveniently left out that you've got no dental coverage under your Cobra, he hides behind emails, dismissive text messages, or you just get ghosted. This mom was not happy to now owe hundreds of dollars for dental work for myself and my child. Seriously, beware or request to work with someone else."

"I really have bad experience with this company, I was looking for quote for my limo company , I spoke to an agent and I did email all the docs and info he was asking for , he told me that I will get a quote within 4 days , I never heard back from him , I had to call him many times and text him to get an answer , probably I called him 15 times he only answered twice , and also never respond back on text messages. Anyway it took me almost 5 weeks to get an answer from him by text message (he didn’t even call me) saying that he couldn’t get me coverage because it’s a new venture and he doesn’t have market for that ... It’s really a shame . I don’t understand how come this Brooker company has being in this business for 85 yrs ????"
