"Worse experience ever.. specifically with the delivery guy name Jose ! What was supposed to be a drop off to a gas stove from Samsung became a nightmare. Trying to remove my old stove he broke it, then when they brought the new one in the house he failed to realize that it had damaged or ignore the fact that it had damaged. He then gave me false information about the installation process “ supposedly if he installed the new one Samsung wouldn’t replace it anymore” so he left me with a new damaged stove not being installed and took my old one. So I had no stove ! He did a poorly job and I do not recommend this company or Jose at all."

"The delivery team was AMAZING ! Brandy and his colleague did such a great job. They took very good care of my 85 inches TV when bringing it to the 3rd floor with no elevator. The customer service is also great. They ALWAYS call back when you chose this option. Simply one of the best delivery company."

"Supposed to have a samsung tv delivered and it did not arrive on samsungs delivery date. I checked 2 days later in the morning on the tracking, saying it would be there that day, and it was on a truck. Checking back later in the day, it never even made it to a truck! I had to call just to get an actual delivery date, which was ridiculous alone, then to find out "their earliest date would be 2 weeks later" is another issue. If i had not called, there would not even have been a schedule for my tv. Rxo did not even give me a call to say they received it in their warehouse or they had a backed up delivery date. What happened to get the product out asap like USPS, fedex, ups. They are supposed to fill samsungs promise, which obviously they can't. My tv would have sat in their warehouse if I did not call demanding an earlier date as they passed the samsung delivery date already! Besides a couple of days or earlier delivery, there was nothing they offered after multiple attempts of asking. I even called samsung to tell them about my experience, which I told rxo I would do. I do not trust this company. Worst delivery service, and I would rate lower if I could!"

"NEGATIVE FIVE STARS IF POSSIBLE!!!! Avoid them at all cost! They will charge a fortune for installation just to tell you we aren't qualified to do so. There is a serious lack of professionalism. They have rescheduled service for four times and everytime I have to call and waste 2 hours to get hold of someone just for them to tell me "truck got stuck in mud" and we had "unforeseen circumstances", childish behavior. Finally, I managed to get them to come in drop appliances. They took out the dishwasher and microwave just to realize we can't put in back in, nor can they install a new one. Now I am fighting for my life to get my haul away completed and refund processed for non rendered services!!!!"

"If I could give this company “0” stars I would! I don’t know why Samsung continues to use them with all the negative reviews. The delivery company RXO is horrible. They never contacted me to schedule a delivery date. They scheduled it on their own and never showed up! I took off work and was home all day and they didn’t contact me until an hour after the delivery window passed to tell me that they’re not coming. Then they told me I would hear from them in 24hrs to reschedule my delivery and set up but that did not happen either. I had to keep calling until finally I got a real person to schedule a new delivery day. Then the day of my delivery was a mess as well. The delivery team did not bring new hook up connections to connect the dryer like they’re supposed to. They used old exits connectors which they are not supposed to do. My dryer was also delivered scratched. I will never order from Samsung direct again. The sale was not worth the hassle! I need compensation and even with that I was told to wait on a ticket. The delivery people admitted that they did not bring the correct connectors for the job and when I told them that they would have to come back, they told me “no, you have to call Samsung” no checking for gas leak or anything. Which is dangerous. Scared to use this dryer. Definitely the worst appliance delivery and order experience I have ever had!!!"
