"Dont not share your bank account. Allstate took 1580 out my bank account adding someone to my insurance that does not reside with me. Putting my bank account in the negatives and having to pay money back to my bank. I had to wait a week just to recieve my money back, then wanted to add my money to the renewal for 6months when I pay weekly. Service is good I wont like but next time inform me what's going on before taking anything from me. It cause me alot of problems. I had Bill's that weren't paid on time. Please a heads up will be the best of this situation"

"Terrible customer service. Over charges for Auto Insurance as this branch does not advise on the best policy or do they make sure customer knows of available discounts. Sad that every time I speak with Allstate HQ or another agent I am informed of a better, more cost effective way to manage my auto insurance.
