"By air- First time client. I had 3 uhaul boxes to ship. Everything arrived in good condition. Only issue i had was the timeline. I thought everything would arrive in two weeks but it took three week. (I was informed the previous shipment had just been sent the week the track picked the boxes from my home so maybe i should put that into consideration). Other communications during the process were good and pick up in Nairobi went as described. I hope to get a date or date range of when things will ship or expected to arrive. Advanced text update if changes occur. So 4.5 stars and thanks. Also 5 stars to the 3 very friendly & professional guys who picked up the boxes from my home. I am definitely a return customer"
