"I’m extremely upset because I set my first appointment there to have a new primary doctor since I just turned 18. I was asked which gender doctor do I prefer and I said a female doctor because I would be more comfortable talking about why I was there. Days before my appointment I was called and said that the day I was scheduled for will not have a doctor so they set me up for another day, which was fine. When I finally got there they told me that there was no provider for the day and that they could set me up with another doctor. It’s just upsetting because I spent my own money to Uber there and they could have called me again to let me know that there will be no doctor for that day again."

"Today was my first visit from transferring from a doctor that is closing down. As soon as I walked in the door, it looks clean and smell good. The chairs are still spread apart from COVID. You don’t need a mask to enter. The front desk they have signs that says Check In and Check Out where these two young ladies that are polite and willing to help you with grabbing your information such as ID and insurance information. I came in 30 minutes from my appointment and they called me in at 9:10am. I met with a Nurse and she was very nice and actively listening regarding medical history. I met with Dr. Michelle Simmons less than 5 minutes and she was very eager to listen to me. I recommend Village Medical because they truly care about you as individuals not just a number also they have three locations in the Atlantic County area which is convenient from where you live."
