"ive taken family members here 2xs. both times we had excellent experiences.. very thorough and not rushed..always polite and professional. I had a family member therein Feb of 2020, the dr was sooo patient with her.. she needed to go to the er, immediately but was resistant to do it..the dr got on his knees infront ofwhere she was sitting and pleaded with her to go.. she did and she would of been dead within a week, the er said, if she hadn't been persuaded to go by the Urgent Care dr! I highly recommend visiting here if in need of a dr!"

"Went to facility for a burn. Did NOT know they were accepting patients with Covid symptoms. There should be a sign on door that states “We Covid Test” Previously having cancer, I avoid any and all places where Covid may more possibly be. But I’m sorry, I have a real issue with this… The dr treated a lady with Covid prior to me. I came right out and said if that patient you just treated has Covid to stay away from me I’ve had cancer. Needless to say, I left after spending hours there with only 2 people ahead of me… Had I known you could just walk in there with Covid, I would have never gone. So now I wait for the next 14 days to see if I get it… Also, what is the point of signing and filling out a paper asking if you have Covid symptoms! Plus the dr stated I won’t get it from her! Ok whatever! Highly upset!"

"I am here now... support staff is great. Doctor was kind, compassionate and did his job. I have an UTI. The thing you NEED to know is the Inspira app says there is 23 people ahead of me with a FIVE HOUR WAIT!! Well, Dr just came in and said he fixed the problem... app now says 4 people waiting. Point is if you really need to see them try calling maybe. Like I said, the girls out front are super nice. I was here an hour total."

"I have always been pleased with front desk staff and medical assistants but the doctors left a lot to be desired. Last night I had to take my twins there because they have been on a rollercoaster of sickness. Reluctantly, as a last resort we went. To our surprise there was an excellent physician(Dr. Decker)on staff. Very kid friendly and knowledgeable. We even got a follow up phone call the next day from the staff to see how my kids were doing. Great job guys. Keep up the good work."
