"I needed to make an appointment with an ENT doctor at the recommendation of my PCP. I found out about Advanced ENT & Allergy through my wife who had visited one of their offices in the past. It was very easy to make an appointment. I made an appointment at their Sewell office, and met with Dr. Shah, who was fantastic! He listened to everything I said and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I would definitely recommend Advanced ENT & Allergy."

"Scheduling an appointment was only two days! Other practices were quoting 2 months out! Once booked my Appointments (both) ON TIME! Literally no wait!!! Both were morning appointments (9:30 & 9:10) Dr. immediately saw the problem (when my primary Dr did not) fluid inner ear, he then did a procedure which instantly relieved the pressure. I appreciate the fast / friendly service very much. Ohhhh and my wait time to even get an appointment was very fast (two days) where "others" were two months out! Thank You to all involved in assisting =) Most certainly a great place!"

"I love the doctors here I have had a great experience (only one doctor I did not feel super comfortable with but it was not a problem) I go here and I take my child here also. The office staff (particularly one woman) was very rude with me. I brought my child in on the scheduled day of the appointment. I confirmed it through the automated system. I signed in and the woman told me "you don't have an appointment today" (in a very rude voice). I checked my calendar and the apt was there. I told her that I had confirmed it through the automated system. She told me .. "well you are going to have to reschedule we can't fit you in today". She was very unprofessional and not accommodating AT ALL until I showed her that I , in fact DID confirm the appointment. At that point, she started to tell me "well we are going to have to reschedule you and we tell people not even to respond to the text". MAKE THAT MAKE SENSE!!! So, if I don't confirm it am I going to have to come to another appointment and be told "you can't be seen today"?. People in the waiting room started to make comments about how the lady handled the situation. Her voice was loud enough that everyone heard what had happened- quite frankly it was a little embarrassing. On top of that, I had to reschedule about 5 weeks later and it had already been a month. I hope their system gets fixed so this doesn't happen to other people..."
