"It's a good place for all kind of supplies for offices and students. Many varieties of items with good quality and prices. Good management but poor customer services. I think they need to work on that part!! I think a cashier should be more helpful with customers. When a customer tried to correct her that the price on the aile was different than the register, she should ask someone else to check for her the price or ask a manager what usually it happens in all stores but not to say with an attitude"Take it or leave it!!!". It's really not professional at all. Yes, it happened at "Staples Store" at 31st Street and Astoria Blvd. That incident didn't give a good image of Staples which has a Very Good Customer Service!! Fortunately, the manager Mr. Sean, took care of that problem. He was professional and very helpful and deserved to be in that position. Thanks to him for solving the problem. Staples is located close to the N and W train, Astoria Blvd Station with free parking lot."
