"The clinic was obviously overbooked. I was not seen until 30 minutes after my appointment time. The provider, while polite, minimized my concerns, performed a cursory exam and provided minimal information about my symptoms and conditions. His level of PPE was incongruent with the purpose of my visit. I’ve never attended an office visit and the physician donned two masks and a surgical gown. It gave the impression his focus was on other patients and procedures. Regardless, I’ve rarely encountered a physician that appeared to be disinterested in my complaints. The office was clean and the medical assistant was polite."

"I’m sure a one star review doesn’t mean much to an establishment with already very low reviews—but based on my experience it is completely earned. Made an appointment for an ear cleaning (or so I thought). The girl on the phone made zero effort to explain otherwise. Got there, paid $150 (which was fair for a cleaning). I waited an hour for the doctor who then told me I didn’t need a cleaning. I was with the doctor for a total of 3 minutes. If I don’t need a cleaning, that’s fine, I don’t want to waste the doctors time. He was perfectly nice. I went to the front desk afterwards to ask if there was a different fee since I had NOT had a cleaning and this is where things went very south. I have never in my life encountered a front office manager as rude and dismissive as this woman. She had a sarcastic tone the entire time and would speak like she didn’t understand what I was asking then had her eyes closed the entire time I replied to her. Turns out I was scheduled for a consultation, not a cleaning. I told her that this was NEVER explained to me and I was completely polite throughout—I never even asked for any sort of refund I was just politely asking if there was a different fee because the service that was rendered to me was not the service that I had thought I scheduled, but she was continuously rude. Had she explained it more nicely I might not even be leaving this review, but she is a poison to this practice. Truly a horrible employee on a clear power trip. I wanted to cry after leaving because she was so dehumanizing in her tone and mannerisms. Extremely rude staff made worse by horrible wait times and OVERPRICED ($150 for literally 3 minutes with the doctor). Could not recommend this place LESS. Stay far away."
