"I had seen this doctor in Dec 2021 and I still had my fathers insurance. From 2019-21 I fell really sick. I was being offered to be treated for endometriosis with orilissa lupron and birth control without knowing if I actually had endometriosis. So when I saw this doctor in 21 when I had my fathers insurance and he said we should schedule a surgery ASAP. I explained to him that my only option is to wait until I get another insurance bc I lose my insurance on the 31st because I was turning 26. And I was forced to go part time at my job bc I was so sick. Mind you literally had the worst abdominal pain and I was BLEEDING out my rectum daily. Someone told me try to go on state insurance for now until I got a laparoscopy. So I did. When i was finally approved to state insurance I remade my appointment with McDermott. And oh my god what a different treatment I was given. I have a lot of family in healthcare so they warned me about this but doctors will NOT give you the same care if you are under state insurance. His mind set went from get a lap surgery ASAP to now at this appointment He tried convincing me I do not have endometriosis and that I have crohns. And the only reason TRAMADOL works is because it’s crohns and not endometriosis. I left that appointment crying. I kid you not. I really thought he was going to help me. So fast forward I found a doctor who was also part of RWJ but up North. He agreed to do a laparoscopic surgery because just from my symptoms he knew it was endometriosis. Two months later I got surgery and I had endometriosis ALL OVER MY BOWELS. This doctor not only gaslighted me but allowed me to continue suffering and internally bleeding because I had state insurance. I never was gonna write a review but I still think about it to this day and how he talked to me. Pisses me off so much."

"He is amazing ! I had a horrible experience at my previous doctors office and i had a lot of concerns and anxiety going into this appointment. He listened to all my thoughts and concerns and addressed them accordingly. He talked to me through the entire routine exam and made me feel extremely comfortable. I’m so glad I met Him and I will continue to see him ! I highly recommended this office . Not only was the doctor amazing so was the staff. They were so accommodating and I was in tears of joy on my way out. This appointment truly exceeded my expectations."

"The worst doctor I have ever met. His staff and himself totally overlooked and mocked my digniaes of HG ( Hyperemesis gravidarum ) which in some cases can be life threatening. They ran me around the ringer for medications simply because th staff was too lazy to get it approved by my insurance company...aka doing their job. I haven’t eaten or drank in days and have been in the hospital due to severe dehydration and they wouldn’t even make an appointment to see me to discuss an action plan about my diagnoses. Told me to keep my appointment which is in 3 weeks from now. Please for the sake of your well being, don’t use this group for your prenatal care."
