"I’m just going to have to give up on this store. The checkers have always seemed nice. A few days ago I went in for ink, and they were out of stock. Only today do I see a sign that says if they’re out they’ll give you $10 off and free shipping. No checker pointed that out to me. Today I went in for a quick packing tape purchase. All brands were on sale, so I chose the Staples brand, which was the cheapest. The sale didn’t ring up at the register and I had to go and grab the sale sign to prove it. I can plan things better and just go to another store carrying similar items. This is why Amazon is excelling - this poor small business just isn’t being run well."

"The staff at the printing department in that branch is incredibly unhelpful. I've never encountered people less willing to work. It's not just one of them; there are four employees who seem unwilling to assist. When the self-service printer is malfunctioning, their response is simply, "tough luck. You can leave it with us and return in four hours." - The supervisor of this department is part of the problem! Work experience is not a replacement for A lack of leadership or management skills. It is NY find better employees!"

"I've been going to this Staples for years, and I am fed up. The service has been getting progressively worse. The store advertises its fast turn around (same day), but when I went to them for a job (about 2600 pages in color), they told me (rudely) they could only get it to me in two days. I asked why, and I was told they had given preference to bigger customers, and they couldn't attend to me. I pushed back at this, and I said that your whole deal was fast service. It was then suggested to me (even more rudely) that I print these 2600 pages by myself... It was at that point that I left the store. For your copying needs I suggest Pace Copy on Jerome, which is cheaper, much faster, and much much friendlier."
