"When I say DO NOT GO HERE, I don’t mean it lightly. I’m sure the doctors are great but everything you experience before them is irresponsibility dreadful. I’m 25 weeks pregnant and just switched from this office to Jeffersons OBGYN offices and I’ve only been going to them for a month and it’s been the worst experience along side with their maternal fetal office staff. I can’t believe I have been playing phone tag all day with this office just to find out what they’re actually calling me for! 5 voicemails later, just leave the message about what’s going on in my file! That’s why patients have them! Because sitting on hold for 20+ minutes to get “I’m not sure why they called you but I’ll have them call you back” isn’t how I want to go on with my day. And you expect me to believe it’s okay to have a baby at this facility when the front line people who everyone meets are this uneducated?!"

"Thank you for accepting 27 weeks pregnant transfer patient! Every employees I spoke to were excellent, kind, and so caring. I went for my first appointment with Dr. Ragone today. She was very knowledgeable and went over everything with me carefully regarding things can happen during my third trimester and more so I felt so safe. I am looking forward to meeting other doctors at this practice. Moreover, this place is so clean and neat. I wish I can give them more than 5 stars. I highly recommend Inspira Medical Group OB/GYN and womens imaging center!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"I have been going to this practice for years and was very happy with the practice till recently. I will definitely be changing to a new doctor. I suffered a miscarriage 4 weeks ago and feel as though I have not gotten the care that I should have. When I went in today for an emergency visit I felt as though the doctor I saw was not concerned at all for the issues I have been experiencing and I left the office still not understanding if what I am experiencing is normal or if there is something unusual going on."

"Good doctors. WORST front of house staff EVER. I have been with this company for many years through many changes in locations and staffing. Over the last 2 years it has gotten dramatically horrible. It takes 6 months to get a follow up appointment, they have forgotten to order items, they haven’t called back after multiple voicemails, my insurance information got “switched” even though it hasn’t changed in over 10 years and there is little to no communication between the employees so if you do not talk to the same person every time then you will never get anywhere. The front of house manager takes ZERO accountability and I have even witnessed a front of house person crying and telling her manager that she wants to quit because “the scheduling is a mess and the manager just doesn’t listen and doesn’t care.” I feel bad for the doctors who are doing great, but today is the last time I will step into this office."
