"It was book very important to me. A costly one too. Couldn't you have packed it better. It's a hardback copy. Now the corners are hardcover are damaged. Because you did not care to wrap the book with anything. You directly placed the book as it is in a carton larger than the book. And then left it to rattle throughout the transit, with all of its corners rounded off. This sought of thing happens in India. I am surprised to know that there are dumb careless people in the West. I grew up thinking that you are better than us. You are definitely not. I have received books with better package in India. Very very disappointed with you. Can't return the book because I don't trust you that you will do any better next time. I always teach my students that those who are rough and careless with books are brutish, that is, an animal."
