"Never use, Horrible customer service, took 1 month to get shipment delivered."

"Worst company ever. The driver was too lazy to go around the block to back up to the loading dock correctly and left. No one ever came back. After 1 week of waiting, I tried to contact them and was told that the delivery would come next day. No one showed up. All attempts to contact customer service were transferred to a non-answering extension. I will definitely notify all my shippers, including B-Stock to not send any of my shipments by this company. If you are getting your delivery in Brooklyn, tell your shipper that you will not accept delivery by ABF freight. If everyone will do the same, maybe they will change their approach to customer service."

"Don’t use this shipping is the worse believe in me. At this moment my order it’s no receive more than 1 week and doesn’t appear please read the reviews before select this horrible shipping company and the price are false. The offer it’s false they begin like the more economic price and it’s really false."

"We used this company for a pallet delivery. Our client received half of what we sent and it was not in it's originally wrapped state. The driver did not want to wait for the client to check what's in there. We have the video of what was unloaded as proof. We tried to call them to see if they can check their warehouses for the pieces that were lost in transition. But all they said is that they can't help us. Unreliable and unhelpful! Update. They were able to find the lost packages in the warehouse and delivered them to our clients. Thank you very much for solving the issue."

"This is one of the worst shipping experiences I have ever had. I was expecting a large commercial shipment of over 30 boxes of furniture. I was scheduled for a 9 to 5 timeslot. When no one arrived by 3:30 I called the company to find out that no one was coming that day because they were behind. I spoke to two representatives who had no solutions for me and were very unhelpful, then I spoke to the manager who was very rude and told me things like ‘this happens all the time’ and he ‘gets that I need to vent’ and then hung up the phone on me. The following day I was scheduled for the first delivery time slot and was supposed to receive an hour heads up call. I received a seven minute heads up call instead and then was told that they would not be bringing the packages past the doorway . When I asked why this was different than what I was told over the phone that delivery guy hung up on me as well. When he arrived for the delivery he was incredibly rude to my staff and refused to bring any boxes past the doorway, causing them to do additional work that was not agreed-upon when the service was scheduled. This is the rudest company I’ve ever encountered."
