"Valley Transportation was a great bus company for me and my family. I had Valley Transportation from middle school through high school and got me to and from school safely. Some of the bus drivers were kind and some were not so nice. Sometimes, we drop off/pick up other kids before I get home. Valley Transportation, Sun Transport, and NW Transport are great bus companies for me."

"I was on a valley bus years ago and honestly today idk what the service here looks like today the reason why I give it 3 stars is bc the buses come constantly late like whenever I leave from my school they’re not there they only come to school on time if everyone else is there or if it snows………"

"This is one of the worst transportation service in town. My little nephew has autism and this company don't come to pick him up on time. Consequently he misses classes at school and it screws up the routine of his parents, who have to go to work. They're very irresponsible, they don't care about the special kids. When you call them, they say they're on their way, and it never happens. Then, after a few minutes you call them back and they disconnect the phone. I can't believe how this type of company is operating and mistreat the special kids. They have all the right to arrive to school on time and with this type of obsolete service it's impossible that these kids receive the education that they deserve. Please someone do something ASAP, because as I said before THEY DON'T CARE."
